At Body Business™, we strive to challenge each of the five components of fitness in every workout – muscular endurance, muscular strength, body composition, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness.

All of our trainers are nationally certified, and focus on proper technique and safety to help you set and reach your fitness goals.

An outdoor group circuit training class, Cardio Boot Camp™ offers the kind of diversity that guarantees you will never be bored. You supply light hand weights and a mat. We will provide the rest – jump ropes, med balls, agility ladders, park benches, and anything else we can find to create fun, dynamic exercises. The group setting encourages attendance and consistency and provides a great way to meet new people – many of our Cardio Boot Campers have developed strong friendships based in a healthier lifestyle.   [read more]

A fusion of Latin and international music with fast and slow rhythms, Zumba is a workout that will tone and sculpt your body. Through the use of easy-to-follow dance steps, we’ll utilize the principles of fitness and resistance training to maximize caloric output, burn fat and tone the entire body.   [read more]

BodyWorks + Abs™

Uses dumbells, bands and other methods of resistance training to help promote lean muscle, balance, strength and endurance. You will work the entire body and finish with an abdominal workout and stretch.

Blends the muscle sculpting of Pilates™, the strengthening of cardio-boxing and the sensuality of dance, into a high energy interval training workout. Students transform into tough and agile boxers, graceful ballerinas and hip street dancers all in one class.

Using new techniques in overall conditioning, you’ll work the entire body with stability and weighted medicine balls to increase lean muscle mass and improve balance, coordination, flexibility, and Core Strength™.   [read more]
