Our Online Fitness Program
Each day will focus on different muscle groups and disciplines like core strength, mobility and flexibility. Build strength, as well as endurance with circuit programs and build muscle with heavy lifting. Our program is designed for five days a week for six weeks.
Equipment: Bands and Free Weights (5lb, 8lb, 10lb. dumbbells) - Based on your strength
Level: All levels and abilities.
30 mins.
This High Intensity Interval Training class compliments our six-week program and fulfills our cardio sessions for the week.
